Franz Snideman

Franz Snideman, the co-owner of Revolution Fitness, has authored and edited several books, as well as produced a series of training DVD’s. Drawing on his passion in healthy living, athleticism, knowledge and appreciation of human development, anatomy and personal experience, he co-developed the dynamic Primal Speed System as well as Primal Move Velocity.

Franz believes in the fundamental importance of educating and coaching his clients in safe, healthy and holistic athleticism. Coupled with impeccable attention to detail, bio-mechanical understanding and skill in accommodating and adapting training regimes to support and enhance individual’s unique abilities and needs, he is personal coach to clients and professional athletes. He lectures internationally, driven to share his knowledge and skill, theoretically and practically.

Franz is a Senior Strong First Instructor, Primal Move National Instructor, former Collegiate Sprinter and International Lecturer. He is a student of nutrition, Neuro-Muscular Therapy, Primal Move Kids and Corrective High Performance Exercise Kinesiology.

Dana Sorenson

Dana Sorensen is a San Diego native, coming to Revolution Fitness after a long career as a softball player on the collegiate and professional levels.  She earned her bachelors degree from Stanford University while competing for the softball program.  After her career at Stanford, she went on to play for the National team in addition to playing at the Professional level. While playing in the professional level she also earned her masters degree in Exercise Sport Science from University of North Carolina.  Following graduation Dana spent 7 years coaching college softball DI level, having been on staff at UNC, UC Davis, and Oregon State.  Since retiring from playing, Dana has pursued her passion in the fitness industry, learning the hard style Russian kettlebell program.  Dana is a level I certified SFG instructor.

Cassie Charlebois

Cassie is a La Jolla, CA native who has worked in the fitness industry since graduating from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2003 with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science.  She has had the opportunity to train personal clients and teach group kettlebell classes at Revolution Fitness since 2006.  It is here, working with Franz Snideman, where she has developed her passion and dedication to the health and fitness of her clientele.  Her experience as a certified personal trainer, Kettlebell Instructor and Primal move Instructor has improved and enhanced her clients’ active lifestyles.  Cassie recognizes the strength benefits she has gained from training with kettlebells to compliment the outdoor activities she enjoys including running, and cycling both on and off-road.  She has worked with a variety of clientele which include post-surgical, injury rehabilitation, general fitness and competitive athletes. Cassie is committed to her clients’ well-being and individual goals.

Certifications: NSCA-CPT, ACE, Strong First (SF), Russian Kettlebell Challenge Certified Instructor (RKC), Primal Move Fundamentals Instructor

Philip McDougal

Everything Phil does in terms of training himself and his clients is answerable to one question: “Will this (activity/program/exercise/movement) make your life better when you’re eighty?”
Phil is a former Royal Marines Commando, elite triathlete, national level ski racer (Wales) and boxer … and is harboring all the injuries one might expect after 20 years of such pursuits. Since leaving the Commandos in 2011 Phil has built a career out of helping others avoid injury and increase resilience whilst maximizing their physical potential. Phil is passionate about human movement which is reflected in his service as a sports and remedial therapist and a strength and movement coach. For a full bio please visit www.philipmcdougall.com.
