This week's video is the third video in our series on how to improve your pull up. We talk about the difference in initiating your pull up fast and initiating your pull up more slowly. Both have advantages but you will see that for maximum strength it may make more sense to initiate the pull up a bit more slowly and save your power for the later half of the movement. Watch to learn more and to see if you are a "TNT" (dynamite) puller or a "Gun powder" puller.

When you watch the video you will understand the difference between dynamite and gun powder.
