How To Improve Yor Pistol
(Tips 1, 2 and 3!!!)

Video # 1 goes over how to learn the Pistol from the ground up. That means that you will start the Pistol from the bottom position rather than starting from a standing posture. This video emphasizes the importance of establishing a very stable and solid foot position. A stable and strong foot will allow you to steer force into the ground which will instantly make you stronger.  It is our opinion that learning the Pistol from the bottom position is the best and easiest way toward Pistol mastery.  Pay special attention to the details in this video, especially the part about keeping your big toe joint (1st metatarsal) on the floor.

Video # 2 goes over the importance of breath and tension. Learning to breathe into the diaphragm and brace your abdominals, back and glute muscles will set you up for a powerful Pistol.

Video # 3 is about how to activate your hip flexor muscle during the descent of the single leg squat (Pistol).

Piece all three videos together and you will have a powerful set of tips to help you improve and master the pistol.
