KETTLEBELL & ODD LIFT CONDITIONING

Come and perform the latest and most fun workout in the world. You will learn the basic foundational movements including: Cleans, Swings, Squats, Presses, Snatches and Turkish Get Ups. This class is great for body fat loss and overall body conditioning.

FAT LOSS & KETTLEBELL CONDITIONING (1hour)

This class is guaranteed to elevate your heart rate and gets you into a Fat Loss Zone. This class combines various tools: Kettlebells, Swiss Balls, Agility Ladders, Medicine Balls, Free weights and more. For the ULTIMATE Cardio conditioning and Fat Loss workout.
“FUN”-TIONAL CLASS FOR KIDS (1 hour)

This fun and exciting class is anything but boring. This class focuses on training movements and not isolated muscles. Kids will improve their strength, endurance, agility, flexibility, speed and confidence as they train with Swiss Balls, medicine balls and various bodyweight exercises (Ages 5 to 12).
