This is One Great DVD!
I found this DVD challenging and rewarding. Not only is it a great quick workout for anyone man or woman, it is also an eye opener for me. Being somewhat new to KB's still this DVD opened my eyes to timed workouts with the KB. The DVD has lead me to create my own workouts based on what was shown also. So if you want a great workout or just looking for a challenge then buy this DVD.

CHALLENGE YOURSELF!
I just watched this video and I was amazed on what I saw. The workout is awesome and challenging for sure. I've been doing kettlebell routines now for awhile and I'm hooked for sure. I love doing the routines and thrive on the challenge of finishing, I'm convinced also that Franz and Yoana are great motivators and trainers that I have ever met, that's because they seriously care about their clients and want them to succeed and get results. This type of workout is for me always and it's fun doing the exercise not as boring as regular lifting. I know I will get faster results if I commit myself to 3 to 4 days of working out this way. Everybody should learn the technique and watch your body be transformed into a whole other level of fitness, especially if you are bored with what you are doing for yourself. I urge you to try this workout and watch what happens. Great trainers for sure No.1 in my book. Hope you all get as much satisfaction as I do with this Revolution of fitness for yourself. Great workout following a run!
After completing 30min on the treadmill it gives you a great strength workout to keep my work out to 1 Hour.

Great DVD; Awesome Instructors!
This is a great video, especially if you are pressed for time. You get a fantastic kettlebell workout in under 30 minutes (includes eight minutes of rest). I first saw Franz on You Tube demonstrating the Kettlebell Woodchop (not on this DVD) and I also saw a clip of Yoana demonstrating the Pistol (not on this DVD). I was so impressed by both of them and I Google them and found this DVD; I'm glad I did. My only criticism is that is takes a little longer to load in my player than some of my other videos. Also, I typed up the exercises included in each set before I attempted this video; they are included on the screen, but the Snideman's do not vocally you when it's time to change. Nevertheless, I look forward to purchasing more of their workouts.

The KB workout for people who are starting the path to become cardiostrength Monsters!
I just started working out again and this is the perfect kettlebell workout for me. If you are in good shape or out of shape this will give you either a very good or an intense full body work out in short amount of time. The video encompasses all of the Pavel principles for a great full body workout. The scenario is great, but I am not into techno music; however that is easy to get past. I am more of a hip hop sorta guy when it comes to working out. The video even has on screen timers that show how long you have to work a particular movement and how long you have for recovery. Please keep in mind that this workout is not for you are already a cardiostrength Monster, your money would probably be better spent getting The Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Workout. This is definitely KB's for the rest of us.

Hi Franz- Just wanted to let you know that the Quick Results is still one of my favorite QB workouts. It never gets boring, I bought it while living in Okinawa, Japan when resources for KBs were scarce, but I STILL use it. Thanks :)
