
Franz and Yoana
Snideman are Certified Personal Trainers, Business Consultants, Motivational
Speakers, and Authors of the “Revolution Kettlebell Fat Loss Program” Book and
DVD Series. This book and DVD series is a 12 week training and nutrition program
designed to transform people’s physique and transform their health.
Together they are owners of Revolution Fitness Center, a San Diego based
Personal Training studio where they offer one on one personal training services
plus nutrition counseling and weight loss plans. They specialize is high
performance strength, conditioning, fat loss exercise and nutrition programs.
They are experts in post rehabilitation specializing in posture correction,
mobility and corrective exercise.
Franz & Yoana are also RKC Team Leaders as part of the world famous Russian
Kettlebell Challenge certification. This RKC TL position is by invitation only.
The RKC Team Leader has displayed consistently strong teaching skills over a
number of years and demonstrates a very high level of physical skill in their
kettlebell practice. RKC Team Leaders teach on a limited basis at the RKC
instructor certifications.
Franz & Yoana Snideman are highly qualified RKC certified kettlebell instructors
and fully qualified to help people meet and surpass their goals, be they fat
loss, strength and power development or athletic success.
Franz is also a CHEK practitioner, neuromuscular therapist, and a Functional
Movement Specialist. He has recently been invited to speak at NSCA (national
strength and conditioning association) workshop to educate professional fitness
instructors. Yoana holds a physical therapy degree from the University of
Venezuela. She has over 14 years of experience in working with clients. She also
is a health and fitness consultant to a local Latino television show
Franz and Yoana are now coming out with the Second Edition of the “Revolution
Kettlebell Fat Loss Program” book. They are also releasing “Staying Fit with
Kettlebells during Pregnancy”, an incredible and complete manual designed to
guide, encourage and teach pregnant women how to stay fit and healthy while
pregnant.
